How do I know which plan is right for me?

What is the minimum commitment?
The minimum subscription commitment is one year. We only offer annual plans because we've found that VBO Hq is best used to meet your ongoing business support needs. By making an annual commitment, we're able to offer you the flexibility to switch between using any of the services available in your plan and rolling over unused credits every month. Our dedicated team will deepen its knowledge and understanding of your needs and preferences; the longer you use VBO Hq the more value you're able to get.
How does the onboarding work?
All our customers can access personalized onboarding run by your VBO Hq team. During the onboarding process, we quickly and efficiently get you ready to submit projects through a kick-off session where we unpack all that VBO Hq and your new creative team has to offer. You can get up and running within a few days for production projects, and we’ll learn your brand quickly to take o more complex creative concepting projects.
Do you do custom plans?
We designed our levels to accommodate what our customers usually require to accomplish their creative goals. However, we can customize the number of credits if you have larger and more complex needs. Otherwise, all plans are identical, giving you full access to everything you need from VBO Hq, regardless of the number of credits you have.
What billing options do you offer?
We offer credit card billing or invoicing.
What happens if I don't use all my credits in a month?
Our model is designed to be flexible because we know that your needs might fluctuate. Unlike agency retainers where you use it or lose it, unused credits will roll over for up to 3 months, ensuring you get full value from your subscription.
How much does a typical design project cost?
As you can imagine, per-project pricing depends on a variety of factors related to your project. However, you will always get a transparent quote for each project. Please contact our sales team to discuss your needs, and receive a personalized quote on any particular project.
How does the service fee work?
With a fixed service fee of $1,000/month, you get access to all our services, a dedicated account management team, our platform, and integrations with your favorite tools like Asana, Slack, and Figma.

How will I know how many credits to purchase?
Our team will work closely with you to estimate your needs based on past projects and plans. We'll provide recommendations on the number of credits to cover your needs without overspending.
When you talk to our sales team, you will receive personalized scoping estimates that will clarify exactly what deliverables you can expect using your credits. Additionally, our flexible packages allow you to roll over unused credits or upgrade to higher levels when needed.
It looks like using AI Services saves me credits. Why can’t I use AI on all projects?
AI design and creative services represent a massive opportunity, particularly for Superside customers who can plug into a full-stack creative team who are experts in AI within hours. However, not every single project requires or benefits from AI services. Today, outputs like infographics and ebooks are still best without AI, while, outputs like motion ads benefit from AI. Where there is value to be found, your creative team will absolutely recommend AI-Enhanced services.
